Our Group Origin
The Pumpkin Steel community did not start out as a serious investigation task force. When we founded this group on October 13, 2007, we were just a bunch of 13 childhood friends who hung out online after finishing school. We named the club Pumpkin Steel because of a joke about building orange brick bases that we claimed were as solid as metal armor. We spent our days testing Lua scripts, sharing building ideas, and hosting custom servers.
Everything changed on our founding night during the system-wide database migration. We accidentally stumbled onto something deep inside the server files—a strange, rogue tracking script that started recording our hardware specs and messing with our avatar profiles. When we tried to post on the main forums to warn other players, the forum moderators just laughed at us and deleted our threads. They called our findings fake hoaxes.
Because the rest of the internet chose to ignore what was happening, we decided to protect ourselves. We shifted our building club into a dedicated project to track down, contact, and document real supernatural code errors, paranormal events, and forgotten Robloxia myths before they are scrubbed by the admins.
